Limits, terms and the cost of credit depend on the finance provider and your application. The provider shows you the exact cost, including any interest, before you agree. Amounts shown are maximums and are illustrative only.

How it works

  1. Ask your FHG partner hospital, clinic or agency for a finance application link.
  2. You receive your finance application link by email and apply online with the finance provider, who usually gives a decision instantly.
  3. Once approved, we email you the amount to be paid out, the payment date and, where the payment is to be made to you, a secure link for your bank details. You pay your hospital or clinic directly.

A Management Fee, usually 10% of the approved amount, is deducted from the payout. Your partner may apply all or part of it as a discount, in line with your quotation – just ask your treatment coordinator. See clauses 7.2 and 7.6 of our Terms and Conditions for details.
