How it works

  1. Check your eligibility on our website for any hospital or clinic – or use the link sent by your FHG partner hospital, clinic or agency.
  2. You receive your finance application link by email and apply online with the finance provider, who usually gives a decision instantly.
  3. Once approved, we email you the amount to be paid to you, the payment date and a secure link for your bank details. You pay your hospital or clinic directly.

A Management Fee, usually 10% of the approved amount, is deducted from the payout. If you applied through our website, you can use it as a 10% deposit towards your treatment at an FHG partner hospital, clinic or agency within 3 months; if you applied through a link from an FHG partner, the partner may credit it against your treatment price. See clauses 7.6 and 7.7 of our Terms and Conditions for details.
