All payment transactions are processed securely by Klarna , BlueSnap, or any our third-party payment processor, which are a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant service provider. This enables us to accept payments without directly handling cardholder data.

We do not share personal data with third parties except where:

  • required to fulfil a contractual obligation,

  • necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement, or

  • processed by trusted service providers acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.

7.Cancellation, Refund, and Administrative Fee Policy

  • 7.1. Administrative Fee: Please be advised that once a financing application is approved and the loan agreement is generated, our Lenders (Stripe, Klarna, and Affirm) charge non-refundable processing fees immediately. Therefore, any cancellation or refund request—regardless of whether the funds have been transferred to your account yet—is subject to a 7.5% Administrative Fee. This fee is strictly used to cover these non-recoverable transaction costs and credit facility setup charges incurred at the moment of approval.
  • 7.2. Non-Refundability: Once a payment plan is accepted and the payout is executed, payments are generally non-refundable by Finance Health Group.
  • 7.3. Flexibility and Usage: Customers maintain the right to change their treatment date, treatment plan, or hospital/clinic, subject to availability. Alternatively, since the funds are disbursed directly to the customer, you may choose to use the financing for treatments at a different location or even for non-medical purposes in a different sector, provided this complies with the terms of your financing agreement.
  • 7.4. Disputes and Hospital Refunds: If a planned treatment cannot be carried out or remains incomplete for medical or other reasons, any refund arrangement must be negotiated and agreed upon directly with the hospital, clinic, or agency where the treatment was provided.

Reasoning: Finance Health Group pays the financing amount directly to you. You independently decide on the healthcare provider, negotiate the treatment terms, and settle the payment with the provider yourself. Therefore, Finance Health Group is not a party to the financial transaction between you and the healthcare provider.

  • 7.5. Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
